Staff were amazing and always available. The hotel provided valet parking and front desk services. The large room included modern decoration and a quiet environment. It was comfortable for my stay.

I found the pool was not heated.

Breakfast was quite nice with a good variety of choices.

The air conditioning was manual and old. It did not cool well. There was a very strong smell of cleaning products after the room was cleaned. It sometimes caused a headache.

the food was very good at ria restaurant. the staff was always friendly during my whole stay. they were always happy to help.

the hotel gave a free shuttle service into town. the location provided a calm and relaxing environment, it was away from the centre of town and some may find it a bit isolated.

the main pool area allowed for relaxation.

My room's cleaning was inconsistent. It often occurred late in the afternoon, around 4:30 or 5pm. this was despite me activating the request service. also, the lack of variety in evening dining options was disappointing.. the cost did not match the quality.
